Brutal wind. Mostly the same route as Friday, but in the opposite direction and modified a bit to do all of Interurban Rd. Turned out to be a huge mistake, as Interurban was a wall of hot air moving rapidly in the wrong direction. Was pretty well dehydrated 20 mi in, and struggled to maintain 14 mph on flat ground at times on Interurban.

HR also disappeared in headwind, can’t blame it on the cold this time. Couldn’t keep it above 160bpm for much of the time on Interurban, despite feeling like I was working hard. Maybe because dehydrated? Believe HR is supposed to increase when dehydrated, so ...
