I read or heard that the first thing you should do after a ride is brush your teeth. Something about your teeth hold onto gunk and stuff more during and after a ride... Also, my dental hygienist told me that cyclists have weaker gums due to the amount of mouth breathing we do. Anyone else heard of these or others?
