That's a 31 second PR and 7 seconds under my goal for the year. Didn't think I'd have this effort today but it just felt good. Shout out to Dr. Liz for the exercises and Eddie for keeping me from chasing my face. 

And of course Amanda for letting me run off all the time. 💃🏼

Splits were dead even, which is certainly a first for me. I was looking for 5:20-5:25s but when you've got it, you can't waste it. The only thing left is that mile, but that's looking bleak right now. Didn't even cool down, just basked in happiness along the beach back to the car.
