A beautiful day to ride

For some reason a customary flat tire is always included on this route.  FYI - every, and I mean every, Sheriff was out n about today.  I stopped counting after 11.  The same rang true for the CHP on Hwy 101.  It's gotta be the end of month quota / pre-Halloween enforcement.
