33 mile gravel TT with Ryan. He was carrying a geode to protect him from the lizard people, which made all the difference as he broke away and crushed the last 10 miles. Or perhaps he is a lizard person and that’s why he was so comfortable on that route? I’m plenty happy with my effort of 250w avg and 180bpm for 97 minutes which basically means I was MAXED.
