The mission was to find some big(ish) climbs and to build my base level up. Haven’t done 100 miles solo before and to have no one to share the efforts with is so much harder. 

Had a small crash on zig zag hill that has meant a nice bruise and cut on my knee, but leg was fine for the last 45 miles back. 

Just a shame the days are so short. Once I hit 160km, decided a little divert to the folks house in Milford for a coffee and lift back home was in order as had no lights on my bike.
