Hill Repeats - Sitting at the Beach Would Have Hurt Less

Now this was far better than my first workout. This instructor clearly knew how to do this cycling class thing, had personality, random tidbits of life that illustrated he was human (and funny), and delivered a good workout. Still nameless speakless randos in class with him, but they didn’t appear to be as awkward as the other class.
