Started conservatively, ran by feel, good negative split. Very well executed, felt really good most of the way, some cramps in last 5k but nothing unmanageable. 

Unsupported, only took water at public water fountains.
Looks like it is the FKT (5h18 including all water pit stops and traffic lights) for unsupported and self supported by 45+ mins.
Eventually got an event finished properly this year, took the learnings from the unsuccessful longer attempts early in the year 😊
