Wanted a solstice run in before the World ends.
Think I might put my feet up for rest of year, drink nog, watch Die Hard and help my gorgeous understanding wife count trees. 🎄
Touched marker at inverness Castle at 12:01 am and touched marker at Old Fort at 13:26. 
Paced it well, brutal knee pain at mile 47 and then anytime I stopped for more than 30secs. Took a while to get back up to speed. 
Didn't see a sole until Laggan Lochs. Took all my food and just topped up with fresh water. 
Memorable run. 👌 
100k pb too.
