90 min for an MLR everyone knows the rules. Energy was not great towards the end but gotta go for time and not mileage. Was feeling myself early and went into steady state to tempo miles 2-9. Sioux Hill kinda sucked out the end of that and bopped around for the last 4-5 to hit the magic number. Good effort, excited to see what I can roll for a half on Saturday. Thinkin of waking up early and doubling tomorrow so Thursdays wakeup doesn't feel as brutal
