Another Archie workout

Hour on the arc

Workout was 6 x 2:30 at 4:50ish, half mile jog, then 4 x 0:30.  Rest was 1:00 between everything.

I didn't really want to do this on the road so Scott let me change it to a track workout, but then Belmont had taken over Rose Park so I ended up driving to Fort Negley after the warm up to do this as a fartlek.  I thought at the very least I could get the CR for the loop, but apparently in 2014, Yuri decided to run it at 4:28 pace.

My watch is notorious for being generous on looped courses, so the 4:43 avg for the 2:30s is to be taken with a grain of salt.  But overall I felt pretty solid on these and it was nice to have a change of scenery.  The 0:30s felt fast, but they were a good stretch out.

On the cool down I remembered that I was right next to Gabby's Burgers so that was a nice treat for post workout lunch.
