The FOB comeback! Great group of mostly the FOB team with 3 extras - Tom, Phil and Uros. 

Pulls at 4-4.2 really kept the speed up and with Tom strong but light Uros told him to do 5w/kg pulls. Me following him in rotation meant I had to go quite deep - but I was able to as was also riding strong. Instead of watching  gaps at the rear like usual (none there!) I moved to sit 2nd/3rd wheel when riders came through to keep things smooth and ease the surges. It worked well. Although we lost Ady quite late he was done. Went long and early into the finish leading out Uros to finish things.

Big power numbers from everyone along, a superb team effort with averages at 3.5 (over most of our FTP's) and mine at 3.7. Really happy with that one - but also quite sceptical of the Flux's accuracy at the moment! 🙄
