Training Cycle Complete! Goal of it was to get in great shape to start my Leadman Training Cycle. Decided to go for the CR - was on pace through 19ish miles. Didn’t stay on top of my hydration - both hamstrings started to cramp up. A few things learned, need more volume in training w/ easy miles, regardless of colder weather need to practice good hydration and do not chase the CR or 1st place upfront let it find you. 🤣
Next race - Irving Marathon March 27th Sub 3 Hours
