Been thinking about establishing an FKT on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail since early in the pandemic and finally gave it a go! No current FKT so will submit this for consideration. Better than expected weather, great crew and felt pretty strong! Snow melted out just enough that it was only minor factor in the first mile. One bridge out just before Carnation, but pretty easy detour around. Haven’t felt this kind of a burn since my last road marathon in 2015. So awesome to share the miles with Bryan! 🙌🤛🎉

Notes for FKT: Started at edge of concrete and gravel just past bathrooms next to interpretive signs at Cedar Falls Trailhead. Finished where trail reached entry to Taylor Landing.
