They have expectations from me 
Workout was 5x30' @300 ish. 
Went well. Cold and windy for Tucson but nice coming from Boulder. 
Truthfully all last week I've been thinking about how I haven't really pushed much this year and I don't feel all that fit (in my mind) but the body is seeming to go decent.

Looking forward to riding with The Locals down here!!
