First top end efforts of the year and it felt like it.  Beat the rain though, just.  Weather forecast over optimistic with the temperature once again, just like yesterday, down around 5C, nowhere near the 11-12C forecast.  Warm enough once I got moving though!

Wilderness hard, Saints hard, Fordcombe at VO2 (GPS drift=no segment match), Poundsbridge to Barden at an ever lower VO2.  Interval time has arrived...
