Great day for it and good conversation for the first half. Nice to be out with another human. 

Attacked Environmentally Friendly House Hill, 5s less than PR, but PR day had a 7 mph tailwind and a Zone 3 push into the climb, today I had a 3 mph headwind, and a Zone 2 lead into the climb, so I think that’s actually a significant improvement. Plus the max heart rate I hit on the PR effort was >180 whereas for today’s 5s slower effort was 175. I count this all as significant improvement.
