Paced up the first climb. Working with two guys at the front. Over the top and one of the guys dropped back. 
Jason followed and held on the downs; we ended up working together and sharing the rest of the effort. 
Taking turns and rests on the flats kept our pace until the end. Happy with the effort and pacing. Watching HR was key today. 
Good to see the team come in just after. Strong team riding. 💪 
Enjoyed the day!

Back seems ok. I just can’t settle my right knee. Outside low. Try arch support and maybe cleat rotate out.
