North west cyclocross league - Keighley. Absolute mud bath. Lots of running. Hard!
Skipton park run - about 7 ish. A shock to the system after 5 weeks of inactivity but a starting point. Lovely morning for it
Lunch Run
First mini session in over a month - 60 secs on / 60 secs off up towards the mast but turned back as the fog was too thick and scary
