love a good dirt up, pavement down bike loop

sometimes the best trails don’t really exist

felt great to do this loop again and say screw it to the one directional trail! felt decent, subconsciously backed off coming down wildcat but other than that it was a solid workout, i was in complete control the entire time. threw in some strides on my way back home! i want this CR because it’s my favorite loop in rancho but roche’s time is crazy. also 21 of the 22 extra minutes of elapsed time is poop problems after the warmup lol, the other one is post tempo
