After a solid winter of indoor training, I'm feeling quite strong this spring. I managed to crush my previous PR on the 6 mile Rock River Rec Path segment. Despite the heavy pedestrian traffic enjoying the glorious morning, having to wait for traffic at the Riverside crossing and with a bit of help from a slight tail wind, I managed to snag the KOM for the segment and my first for the year!
