Virtual London Marathon. Almost didn’t get out of bed due to being chesty, am I glad I did. Am I fuck. Freezing cold and soaking wet, going to regret doing this in a few days time. Amazing support from striders and so nice to run in a group. Thanks to Ste

Sunday morning VVLM & NPM training. Set off a bit quicker than I wanted to, think that came back to haunt me later. Last few miles really were a chore. VO2 max is spot on for an old dog. Apparently my fitness age is 30🤣😂 shame my body was the same 🤦♂️🤣
Sunday morning VLVM and NPM training … ish. About time I started to go further even if my body says no.
