Zwift - Group Ride: GXY LOOSEY GOOSEY [1.6-2.0WKG] CAT D (D) on Watopia's Waistband in Watopia

Up early for the drive over to Stockport for the velo 29 sportive Manchester Sheffield Manchester. Driving over saddleworth moor we had a deep covering of snow that had settled in parts on the motorway. Not a good omen. On arrival it was cold while we waited for our covid compliant start time. We were off at 8am and I knew it was going to be a hilly ride and it didn’t take long to start climbing. It wasn’t just hills, it was rolling in between as well. Up we went, down we went, no flatlands round here. The roads were in great nick considering the snow lining either side and apart from one sketchy country road we were fine. It was a great day for riding with the sun out just one little hail shower half way through, oh and the blizzard 5 miles from Stockport. Six of us and all that mileage and the puncture gods strike 1 mile from the finish. I think we managed to still fit in another hill, now I like hills but by this time, come on give it a rest. Another well organised velo  29 sportive and a top route.
