On 13/03/2016, Andy Jackson wrote WU and 1st interval done on DA stages (on TT bike yesterday).  calibrated at 870.  I changed after 2mins 44 of cool down between sets.  2nd one on ULTEGRA stages I used in tenerfie and raced on LY.  Calibrated at 887.

I used an identical circuit.  I did 0.2miles for for 6-7w less on 1st effort.  Wind picked up slightly but was out and back with turn bang on half way through each interval.

felt hard on both but possibly harder on 1st one then by end of 2nd one I was struggling (think a cumm effort of last 2 days though) ***
