This is a fascinating example of a certain style of riding; going way into the red on every climb until you can't do it any longer.  Normally, for a ride like this, I would end up with 240 average watts and feel pretty decent at the end riding steady state.  This was like a crit, with sharp, punchy climbs, going deep into the red over and over--and I was totally wiped out at the end of this ride with only 190 average watts.
