Not super pleasant biking along the interstate, but the more interesting route I have in mind may involve a little hike-a-bike, which wouldn't be great for my foot at present.

No foot pain on the ride though! New shoes definitely have a stiffer sole. First time biking up my hill. Tough, but not so bad on the new bike. 

Brutal headwind much of the way home. A few exploratory side ventures and a snack stop at the beach on Eastman pond.
