Didn't think that I was ever going to run at the Rockies again- such a nice treat. Did some hammering today and I certainly felt like I was pushing it. My legs just feel really sluggish and slow- leg speed is dead, just can't get 'em around. I relaxed and my legs woke up after around 6 miles or so. I wonder if, to some extent, them waking up is connected to doing some faster running. 
Anyways, surprisingly didn't feel thaaat bad. Tired but that may be normal.
