Morning Workout

This was a monster performance and a 4-minute PR for me. I will admit that my in-game weight is probably a little low but whatever.

Virtual cycling has really helped me control for outside variables and consistently perform near my potential without relying on adrenaline or reckless sprint finishes. Totally different from running but is massively boosting my confidence in my distance training.

Listening to 50 Cent plays some part as well.
