Last nights sleep was one for the child record books.  Basically, my youngest was up at 1 am for the rest of the morning....

I started riding knowing I didn’t feel great, but the body actually held up until I went for a short segment...there was a tailwind so I had to try.  Took a while to recover and then fought the headwind home.  Epic weather though and definitely good for the brain.
