First proper road race in over 6 years. Biriani in March 2015 to be exact. Utah has some serious hitters for sure. Super fun to be racing again, with low stress and expectations because I know my training has been all over the place with no real structure. It’s just fun to go fast again. Got dropped on the last lap on the first “hill” but ended up trading pulls with a couple dudes till the end to get some solid work in the legs. Congrats Matt on the win, probably the best draft in the group too!

Oh, huge shout out to the real MVP of the race, Ryan. The homie forgot his cycling shoes but still finished the race, animated it all day, followed breaks, and finished in the top 20 in checkered slip on Vans. Hero.
