Just reminding myself of the course (though I didn't do the horseshoe off of 160th that got what I figured was temporarily added two years ago due to construction...spoke with someone who thought it was now part of the course)...also playing with the Tririg Alpha aero bars that I just put on today...pictured is the setup I tried on the first lap...lowered, extended, widened for the 2nd lap and liked that better...the Tririg bars are so easy to adjust that it's actually overwhelming because you're faced with the anxiety that too many options can engender...wish I had remembered my heart rate strap cause the speed was surprisingly high despite a smallish gear and relatively easy effort...hoping the new bars confer some additional speed...lot of time trials on tap in the next 6 weeks
