Following the mighty “river” Panke from Berlin central station 🚉 through Berlin’s greatest district Pankow (🍳🐮) then up through nature 🦆🌳to satellite town Bernau. Obviously a bit flat and short for a true FKT but its there so had to be done. A good reminder to taper properly when races start again because I couldnt really get into top gear (know that feeling where you feel like you are running 30 seconds faster than what watch says? 🤷‍♂️). Still, a good tempo run. Elapsed time four minuteslonger due to various enforcedstops🚦🚦💩🚦. Dont expect this record to last long but at least Ive room for improvement myself! No photos because a) didnt wanna stop and b)shitty weather ☁️☁️☁️
