Started my ride by slowing down to perfect the imperfections.  I've been putting a lot of miles on my legs and I've been feeling stronger.  That means I may be pushing harder or pulling more, it may be both.  What ever it is, I know it's from riding cause, hell my diet didn't get no better.  Slowing down, I  noticed my stroke and how it is somehow involving my hip flexors more.  I try using all my leg muscles but, again I have gotten away from solo training and have been putting a lot of miles on my legs with riding in groups.  If you change your strategy and acquire a method for getting stronger in your cycling, you'll have to continue that until it doesn't work for you any longer.  I stick to riding my bike and every now and again, I learn something new to advance my abilities.  It's nothing extraordinary, it's right in line with what Ive always done, I just build on it.
