Proper fell conditions up there! Not really the day for a fast time, but I needed some extrinsic motivation or I wouldn't have even left the house. Was gunning for sub-3, but went just over in the end. Definitely possible with a bit more luck with traffic at road crossings. I really needed that after a tough week mentally with 2 DNFs in the previous 2 weeks, despite being in what feels like the shape of my life. It felt good to lay it on the line and feel like I got everything out of myself.
