Out a bit hard on the first one and over cooked it a bit. The watts are lower but I must have put them out where it counted the most and hence the slew of crowns.   

Taking heavy strain all the way and especially on the quite slower rep 2. I usually don't give 8's out liberally but this ride gets it, probably have fatigue stacking up a bit from yesterday and the run this morning.  I'm not used to the heavy training load like I used to take back in the day when I was constantly beating the snot out of myself.

For rep one, A bit of a tail wind for the bottom portions, up through to mbabane then cross and not much favorable wind on the 2nd rep, even a slight head wind for portions. Tail wind helping yield the KOMs. Stealing most from myself on a constant power pull at zero wind.
