Ok I get it. Aero is everything. A great group ride with friends not seen in a long time, including Abi, Sue “and Bob too”😉 mostly steady to find my legs once more after this period of inactivity, but a little tailwind along the broadway straight piqued my interest. Why not have a little sprint up to Five Dials like I do on occasion. Didn’t even use Paul as a lead out man, I just gunned it from the bottom and I got a KOM 🤪 and improved to 3rd on the run up . This aero thing WORKS. My Cervelo S3 has it’s first trophy. Bit surprised and had a BLT to celebrate.
