Yooo, can't be disappointed with today. Fitness there, but conditioning not. Cardio wise felt good all the way, but cramp monster snuck in in the end, leading to a crawling pace the last 6km. Nothing much I could do differently on the day, only increase my strength training for the future. Gone into the race knowing the route wasn't ideal for me.
Positive thing for the day: Newlands ravine down, just learning that technical downhill not that bad.
