Quite a day!  Legs felt pretty good for most of the day.  The start was pretty intense with Chris putting in attacks.  Was just 4 of us for a while till Chris rode away and then we were a group of 3 to Wabasha.  One of the guys had a puncture, so we stopped and lost some time, but hadn’t been caught till we had got passed while filling water in Wabasha.  We eventually caught up with Nathan and Charles and another and had a group of 6. Then it was 5, and then 4, then 3 when I put in a strong pace on a climb.  Rode as a group of 3 past Plum City and Nathan Wentz put the hammer down hard on one of the climbs, but I didn’t have the legs to chase.  Charles and I rode the rest of the way together to finish out the ride.  The last 35 miles seemed to drag on longer that they should, and I worked through some suffering, but finished out strong rolling into Bay City.
