What a bogging night.

Muggy and a sea of beasties, not ideal conditions. The wind had died down from this morning which was a major plus.

Was meant to be out with Alex but ended up working until quarter to 7 (love a 9 to 5 job). Almost didn't head out but a pep talk from Mr Waite set me straight. Made the most of it and took my frustration out on the bumpy bits. It was a lovely route and it's definitely going to be a regular evening run if the weather stays nice. 

Starting to re-learn how to go in to the red, just need to keep plugging away. Does mean less photos though, which is probably a relief for everyone else.
