Not sure if it’s the shoes, but every time I wear these Hoka Speedgoat 4, I get pains in my legs I never get. Can shoes really change which muscles are worked? I suppose it’s possibly possible and I just don’t know. 

I can never understand these splits on strava. My watch told me I was at over a 20 minute mile pace. Somehow that changed to 16 minutes or 18 minutes. But I was at 40 minutes during my run when I reached the second mile. This run has splits which add to 49 min 18 sec which means my last mile was ~9 minutes?

Hmmm idk. 

Let me be honest, I ran, but walked. Negative split tho. :) 

Good run tho. One of these days I’ll probably get back and say nope, I’m going to go again. One day.
