Injuries are a bummer.  Felt good at half, but around 45 minutes I started feeling the same right Achilles tightness and posterior tibial nerve tingling/foot numbness I had in 2019.  Had to stop twice to try to stretch it out, but ultimately had to just go slow on the uphills on loop 2 since they seemed to aggravate it.

A bit scary cuz this shut me down for 2 months the first time it happened.  Fortunately it was completely gone on cool down today.  Ice, rest, and hoping for the best…that bad high ankle sprain from 2017 will be with me forever methinks :/
