Sub-3 predicted up to 20.5 miles in. That'll be the distance at which I had my seizure in 2014... what is it about 20.5? ;-)



Wasn't anticipating sub-3. Wanted to give it a go to establish the gap between where I am and where I want to be. Gave it a go by trying to keep up with the sub-3 pacer. Turns out that gap is 5.7mi. Good to know.

Only checked watch 25mi in. Till then, the pacer was my watch. It's easier that way. Good to see I never truly crashed. More of a gentle fade. A bit like the pacer's into the distance... ahead.



A fantastic day. Great crowd, great friends... and a decent time. Reyt chuffed.
