ROUVY - Group Ride: Back to basic, no rest! Flat and downhill pace=3w/kg. Climbing 3,5-4. We ride hard but friendly.
ROUVY - Race: Friday No Socks TT Race
ROUVY - Group Ride: We start with 15 min freeride/warmup. Then we go to 3w/kg. The climb at 4 or more. Rest downhill, and then a steady pace, 3,5w/kg until 10 km left. Last 10 k we empty the tank!
