Horrendous legs, pretty much sat at sweet spot and did Z4 up the climbs, really reflected in HR which looks like I went on a tempo spin 😅 Still good enough for the win somehow, so that's something 👍 

Satisfying to take the record off of Rob Hayles, former two time world champion on the track and an Olympic medalist! Although, it's been 24 years, so I would've liked to put 2-3 minutes into it rather than a smattering of seconds 🤷🏻 definitely didn't take it due to my legs today, but due to massive aero gains. It'll be good to redo the course with good legs and see how much faster I would be 👌

Sounds like there were a few bad crashes out on course, I hope everyone is alright and has a speedy recovery!
