Warm-up from ATP to creek
10min HD up - mostly running, JR down (rep was 10m11s, but I was super close to the top gate so I kept going!)
5min HD up - hiking the stairs & running between, JR down
3min HD up - mostly running but stairs all singles, HR down
2min HR up - hiking the stairs & running between, JR down
Cool-down from creek to top and back to ATP

Body felt good, but quads were heavy on the final hike out.
