Hitting the 30’s, hitting some tempo

That devastated feeling when Monuts is all out of Halloween Donuts

On the roads again. Plan was to put in hard, steady efforts on the Mt. Carmel --> Lystra section, and then again on the Farrington 12min (ish) stretch. I did the efforts, with the second one going better than the first. Not exactly sure what's going on in relation to my numbers on the Lystra segment but I seem to be nowhere near my best.
