Next race is gonna be a Doozy w/ 10k vert packed into less than 80 miles.  Did 5 X "Real 10mi Rd Climb" intervals up to Guardians, then cruised to Green Gate, before heading back down.  After a 7:54 first split, decided to go for the KOM on #2.. Just missed w/ a 7:06 PR, then backed it up well w/ 8:06, 7:57, 7:55 final reps.  Felt like the all out #2 helped simulate what it feels like climbing tired in races. Also finished off a 31k vert week.
