First bonk!
Longest mileage I’ve ever done and first time truly hitting the wall- like sit on a rock and contemplate life while forcing food in your face type of bonk. Learned the hard way what the under fueling and overheating combo feels like. 

On the upside i finished what I came out to do and even ran (shuffled) through some of the last miles. Definitely not 🐆 fast but if all checks out should be the first Sunapee fig.8 women’s FKT. 

Strava “moving time” truly only shows a fraction of the picture on this one 😅peep the hour gap between moving and elapsed
