Without plan or purpose. Ended up with lots of jogging, some hiking, some standing around basking in the majesty of a perfect evening in a perfect place, and a little running.  

Went hard down sunnyside and I KNOW I obliterated my record there, but had a GPS hiccup right in the middle and strava didn't pick up the segment.  Took 42 seconds off the encompassing segment, though, so I must have been moving.  I'll just have to go back and blast it again sometime.  Love that trail!
