Mint ride with the BMCC lads until Bolton Abbey; dangerous part of the route as road is closed. Took a tumble over the ford - Don’t know why that section is on the route as we have always found it shi7 and dangerous!

Lads patched me up; mega respect and kudos to Altaf to abandon his ride and draft me back home 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Was a SAVAGE DAY with all the climbing, sun baring down on us and heat! I must have drank close to 7 litres of water between 2 feed stations 😳😳😳
